This July, MoveWith is bringing fitness to The Shops at Prudential Center for a uniquely Boston experience. Every Tuesday in July from 6-7PM, you can experience different fitness classes for free! You'll feel energized as you move in the beautiful, spacious South Garden Lawn, enclosed by the walls of one of Boston's biggest landmarks. It's the perfect space for a class that will leave you feeling inspired to move with purpose in the city you love!
This week, join us for Kick It™, developed by Eliza Shirazi. Kick it has an emphasis on getting your heart rate up and your muscles strong through various kickboxing and dance combinations. This is a high-intensity, full body workout that is carefully constructed so you are working at your peak ability while losing yourself in the upbeat music. This one-hour class will push your cardiovascular system and build your endurance. Join Eliza in her world of big hair, loud music, and fitness lovers who move with purpose!
