Jess loves challenging herself to get out of her comfort zone, trying new things and building a strong community. Because she doesn't consider herself the most coordinated, she thought she'd put herself to the ultimate challenge and become a Kick It instructor! She used to dread the thought of a dance-oriented class but soon became addicted after attending Kick It By Eliza.
When she's not kickin' it, you'll find her running or off at another fitness class! After a hip overuse injury that put her out of running for nearly 3 years, Jess turned to fitness classes and got obsessed.
