A former ballet dancer, Kara has always been on the move! After years of dancing at Boston Ballet and earning her BFA in classical ballet from Texas Christian University, Kara decided to leave behind the pointe shoes and work towards her Stott Pilates Certification at Merrithew Health and Fitness in Toronto. Now a fully certified Stott Pilates Trainer, Kara is always looking for new ways to push herself further, inspire others to start moving, and build community within her studios.

When Kara started taking Kick It by Eliza classes at EBF, she fell in love with Kick It's way of breaking people out of their comfort zone and making everyone realize that fitness classes should be a place to try new things, meet new friends, and not be afraid to mess up. She was also inspired by Eliza's firecracker attitude and motivating teaching style. Already a seasoned Pilates, Barre, Cardio Core instructor, Kara is thrilled to be adding Kick It to her repertoire of classes.
