After a burn out from years of overly-competitive fitness classes, Megan instantly fell in love Kick It's mission to empower others in every class—especially while getting a workout that pushes your body to the limits and leaves you sore for days! Her fitness journey started when she moved to Boston to attend Northeastern University and began running half-marathons to prevent “the freshman fifteen,” but it quickly turned into a deep passion for movement and the community that fitness creates. She became certified to teach yoga in 2015 at Back Bay Yoga.
When she’s not Kickin’ it, you can find Megan teaching/taking yoga, sweating in a spin, boxing, or bootcamp class, or being anywhere in Boston near the water. Her guilty pleasure is a toss up between nachos and chicken wings.
